medical facilities must strengthen medicines management according to related laws and regulations on medicines management;
suitable for county- or above level public non-profit hospitals, except that revenues from drugs sales are less than 30% of revenues from medical services;
separate drug revenues and expenses in medical facilities, and expenses and revenues from medical services and drug sales. Net drug revenues are pooled and used to support medical services.
